Enliven’s Management Team

Wendy Hoskin

PSN General Manager, Health and Disability (Enliven)

Wendy has worked at PSN since 2014 initially as General Manager Development, then Chief Operating Officer and most recently as GM Health and Disability (Enliven). She has more than 20 years’ experience in the health and social sectors working in management positions in Auckland DHB and Waikato DHB in both Operational Management and Funding and Planning Management. Wendy is on the board of the Home and Community Health Association, is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and a keen golfer.

Cherie Saunders

Enliven Learning & Development and Quality Manager

Cherie has more than 30 years’ experience in the health sector, with a background in nursing, management and education. She has led the successful development of Enliven training programmes with a strong focus on literacy and NZQA standards across the northern region.

Heather Mitchell

Enliven Southern Area Manager

Heather has over 40 years experience in Community Health with a background in nursing and management. She is passionate about making a positive impact on older people’s lives. She feels very privileged to work with a dedicated team that demonstrates PSN’s values in their daily work to support Enliven clients and staff.

Michelle McDonald

Enliven Northern Area Manager

Michelle joined the Enliven Auckland team in 2009 as part of the wider ADHB alliance transition and transformation. A registered nurse with experience gained mainly in the aged care sector, she now employs these skills in the not-for-profit sector, most recently with working to expand Enliven services to the wider Auckland area.

Jess Osborne

Enliven Operations Manager

Jess is a registered nurse who has worked in various roles at Enliven and is currently Operations Manager. She is interested in service improvement, problem-solving and exploring ways to enable Enliven teams to do their jobs more seamlessly. Outside of work, Jess enjoys running, hiking and long-distance walks.

Janette Third

Enliven Individualised Funding Regional Manager

Janette has worked with people with disabilities for over 30 years. Janette and the Individualised Funding Team are committed to disabled people getting the very best out of their personal budgets.

Susan Spencer

Enliven Clinical Practice Leader & Day Services Manager

Sue started with Enliven in 2005 after working in Occupational Health and hospital-based care. She has a passion for ensuring that older people thrive in the community.
